How to Convert APE to iTunes for Smooth Playback on iOS and Mac Devices

Step 1: Import APE Files

First, start HD Video Converter Factory Pro and open Converter. Import APE files into the software by clicking “Add Files” in the upper left corner, or you can just drag and drop files into the APE to iTunes converter. Besides, you can add several files at the same time and the converter will convert files in batch mode automatically.

Step 2: Choose iTunes Supported Output Format

Then, click the "Click to change output format" area on the right side of the interface. In the Format category, you can choose any iTunes compatible audio format under the “Audio” tab. Here I take AAC as an example. Of course, you can convert APE to MP3, ALAC, or other iTunes formats at your will.

Step 3: Start the APE iTunes Conversion

After choosing the desired output format, the converter will go back to the main interface automatically. Click the inverted triangle button at the bottom of the main interface. Then choose an output folder on your local disk. Please make sure there is sufficient room on it. At last, click the "Run" button to convert APE to iTunes. Once it is finished, you can transfer the converted files to iTunes and sync them to your iOS and Mac devices for convenient and smooth playback.

Before transferring the converted files to iTunes, you can adjust their parameters as well. For example, you can adjust audio sample rate, change audio bitrate, and normalize audio volume in the Parameter settings interface.
