FLC is FLIC Animation format used by Autodesk in its 2D and 3D animation software, similar to animated GIF. FLI is the original animation file format with 320x200 resolution, and FLC video format is the successor to FLI. 1. Download from https://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html and install VLC if you haven't had it on your PC already.

2. How to play FLC files - Launch VLC, you can play FLC files by dragging and dropping one to the center of the program, on which most FLC files are directly playable. If not, let's convert FLC files using VLC.

3. Go to menu bar > Media > Convert/Save (or use hotkey "Ctrl + R")

2. Launch HandBrake, choose "File" to load the target FLC files into the program.

3. Click preset on the right side, a list of ready-made output format profile will show up.

4. Check the detailed codec and container format information on each option with mouse-over, click to choose the desired one.

5. Define the destination path at "Save As" box underneath.
