Drag imported videos to the timeline. Then a pop-up window will ask if you'd like to set your project video settings to match the media. Simply choose βYesβ.
Now you can trim the video, or do other edits. Once finished, drag the second video to make the beginning touches the end of the first video.

π‘ If you prefer to have a transition between the two instead of a hard jump, drag the second eventβs beginning into the first eventβs ending to create an overlap between the clips, and Vegas will create a crossfade between the clips automatically.

Method 1: Press βCtrl + Aβ and then click βFileβ to bring up a new window.
Select βRender As...β and then choose an output path and name the project. The target file format and resolution can also be selected.

Method 2. Press βCtrl + Mβ on your keyboard or choose βToolsβ > βRender to New Trackβ on the top menu bar to bring up the βRenderβ window.
Method 3. Directly go to βFileβ and then save your project.
