I have paid but why is it still unregistered?

Make sure you activate the program with your License Code. Launch the software, go to the registration interface and register your software. The program will be registered as a full version after registration.

1. If the software backs to the unregistered version when you start the software next time, please add the software to the safe list on your antivirus software or firewall programs such as Windows Defender, AVG, etc. Then register it again.

2, If it still shows unregistered after registering again, please un-install the current program then re-download the latest version and re-install it to your computer. And then register it.
