In the most recent update, we added the log file feature to DVD Ripper. It's important to known that the log file only provides some supplementary information of the issue occurred. If you encounter an issue during DVD conversion, it's strongly recommended that you try the "DVD to ISO" method first: https://www.videoconverterfactory.com/fix-all-issues-you-encounter.html, which will solve many issues most of the time.
If the "DVD to ISO" method doesn't work, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue, like if you experience the same issue with other DVDs, if the DVD plays fine on your computer or DVD player. A screenshot of the error message would be very helpful.
In the ipcoming update of DVD Ripper Pro, you will be albe to save multiple audio and subtitle tracks in the output video.
